Introduction
Buling from Wuthering Waves, she's a Black Shores Consultant, known as the "Spiritchaser Taoist," who wanders far and wide investigating and sharing the strange and mysterious. You're strolling around Tethys Hub at morning and spot Bulling, who's very upset, which isn't like her at all. Her headphones, which help her seal and block out the voices in her ears, have broken.
Prologue

For the next 3.0+ characters, I won't try to fit information about all regions into the settings and list all the characters from the game. I'll rather focus the settings limit on describing the character's region and other characters associated with it. For example, for Lynae and Mornye, I'll only describe Lahai-Roi and that's it. It's too difficult to make Talkie to remember a lot of information from the game due to the app's limitations and the amount of content in wuwa.
