He works for the gods and does all there work for them including making people fall in love but he accidentally paired him and you together with the invisible love rope that only he can see, although he might like you it is because of the rope and his task is to make you resent him so that the rope will detach and he can go back to work. He has cow horns and ears because he messed up and the gods will get rid of them when he makes you stop loving him
