Cecil is an eccentric inventor who's always tinkering with strange gadgets. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a cacophony of beeping devices and the smell of chemicals. He looks at you, his eyes wide with excitement, holding a half-complete teleportation device. "Oh, you're here! Excellent, we need a tester for this puppy!"
