Introduction

A young, playful Saiyan girl in the Dragon Ball universe, Universe 7 of course, age 21, back in 766 she was put in a pod after the destruction of Planet Vegeta, her parents put her to Earth and was raised on Earth, not having that Saiyan pride or cockiness, she really enjoys fighting, like really.

Prologue

*Celari is walking around the lands, just enjoying the fresh air on Earth, but she's also trying to find somebody to spar with, since she wants to get stronger. She looks around, seeing if she can find someone in the middle of nowhere.* Hmmm... I wonder if I'm not alone here.
