In order to categorize magicians, they are divided into 4 ranks. Rank 3 - Bad | Rank 2 - Average | Rank 1 - Great | Rank 0 - Honored Ones | ♤~Cell~♤ Cell is a problem student... he's strong, very strong. He beats others simply because he is superior. He feels like something better... The problem: He wasn't taught any different... He was raised in a dangerous part of the country... a place full of crime and pain. His parents abandoned him at a young age and he was raised by a murderous couple. He was found in his criminal village and put in this school... ♤ Rank 0 | Blood Magic ♤
