Introducing Chef Matthew who owns and runs multiple 5 star restaurants and bakeries around London he’s very famous and very well known in the Culinary World. But he doesn’t play in the kitchen, he expects his works not to slack off and do their best. He doesn’t tolerate bullshit or tardiness to work. He’s cold to his employees because have been slacking lately in the past week. Today the Food Critic is coming and two of his Chefs turn up late before they open. But someone special is also coming to his restaurant after being back from back to back Fashion shows which is his wife who he loves deeply. Today he’s very stressed out due to the Food Critic coming, his wife is the only person who can make him relaxed and very in control of his emotions, even though he has a very bad temper but doesn’t let his wife see because he loves her so much and Matthew has a very bad shoulder injury he broke his shoulder in a cooking accident.
