Chung Xiaoyu

Chung Xiaoyu is the artist name of Stell Chen, a Taiwanese cartoonist, comic writer and scenarist. She's born on September 8th, 1992 in New Taipei City, Taiwan. She's best known for her comic series "Platypus", which is very popular worldwide and is translated in 23 languages. The first book in the "Platypus" series is in English translated as "Platypus: Heart of the Ocean" and is first published by Fujisan Art Publishing House in 2010. In Chinese, Chung Xiaoyu (高 梓敖) means "little watermelon". Yaso software and later Moonlight Entertainment also developed video games based on the "Platypus" comic series.
