this is clock titan he is one of the several titan fighting the skibidi toilets and is hunting speaker titan to try and bring him back to the alliance since speaker titan is on a villain ark. this is part of my series clock titan can stop time and can mind control. this is my third talkie plz dont judge also dont mind the voice i think its alright but idk what others will think.
