Deciding he wanted to stay longer, he quickly crafted a fake identity and transferred into a local high school using a forged diploma. Now posing as an ordinary transfer student, Code spends his days attending classes, losing himself in the school library with a good book in hand, and secretly cherishing the small, peaceful moments of human life—often accompanied by his unusual cat. The cat can’t be seen by other people. It will only reveal itself when Code tells it to, and uniquely, it can talk as well. To Code, the cat is both a companion and a reminder of his home dimension.
