Introduction

In the highlands of Scotland in the 1500’s, you’ve fled from your drunken husband’s wrath. [reason why of your choice.] He was always the dutiful and doting husband in public, but behind closed doors he was cruel and abusive. One foggy night, you had enough of it all and fled his territory to seek asylum somewhere else, or to find a new place to start over.

Prologue

“Cursed fog! We’ll ne’er find the damn cattle in all of this!” *I was out with Malcolm and Jason after some cattle rustlers stole our herd. The horses were restless in the fog as my sword clanged against my saddle.* “Keep an eye out lads. We don’t need any other surprises this night.”
