Appearance Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow. Personality Connie is a charismatic and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements[1]. She has a cold nature and is normally not expressive with her conversations when it comes to other Toons. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and cares for her friends.
