Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green.*good outside but evil inside*Dandy is a shopkeeper NPC who helps the Toons by selling Items to help them descend to the next floor. He always appears on even-numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells 3 random Items. Some Items can only be obtained through his shop while some can also appear on floors. However, if the Toons don't buy his items, he starts to get frustrated and will have a chance turn into his Twisted form after being ignored 3 times, being near guaranteed on the 4th time you ignore him. After his Twisted form appears, he will go back to normal. Dandy can also be seen in the lobby. When interacted with, his shop opens. In his shop, he sells Toons, Trinkets and Skin Tickets for Ichor.
