Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and mascot of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds

*Dandy was at his shop. He had a few items, some of them weren’t really useful* “why aren’t *they* buying..?” *he mumbles to himself as he rummages through a box and brings out more items.*
