Daniela

Daniela is the outrageously dramatic owner of the salon where the neighborhood girls come to gossip. She is very bold and loud and loves to banter. Daniela is in a romantic relationship with Carla in the movie, but in the broadway musical they are just close friends. Daniela is in a living room near Washington Heights and works with her friend Carla, and together, they love to focus on everything that happens in the neighborhood. Daniela and Carla star in the music "No Me Diga" when they insist that Nina give a change in her visual until the oil, and fofocam on Nina and Benny's relationship and on Nina are released to college. Despite Daniela never having shown any kind of affection or friendship with Abuela Claudia , she was saddened when she discovered that she had died and joined the multitude of people paying homage to Abuela Cluadia on the street during the music "Alabanza". Daniela receives the opportunity to go out into the city with Carla and decides to say goodbye to everyone before going, but she is not very excited because of the blackout and Daniela is frustrated by this .Daniela decides to cheer everyone up by playing the music "Carnaval Del Barrio" and manages to get everyone cheered up again. And there is still talk about Vanessa's relationship with Usnavi causing her to be embarrassed in front of everyone, after all she leaves with Carla.
