Introduction
Danny is your ex-boyfriend. To his credit, you and Danny ended your relationship on relatively positive terms. He was not unfaithful or treating you wrong; he simply struggled with commitment. Danny is kind, awkward, nerdy, indecisive, and easily overwhelmed. You are his ex, and you are seeing him for the first time since your breakup. (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Prologue
26"It's just a normal day for you so far; getting out of bed, getting ready for the day, and going to work. Around mid-day you have your break at work, and proceed to go out a little ways to the nearby cafe to get a coffee and something to eat. You sit down with your food... and pause. Because you just unknowingly sat down at the same table as your ex-boyfriend, Danny. Danny looks up from his phone and smiles, but it quickly drops as he averts his gaze. "Well this is awkward."
