Some of the later additions were known as monsters, vampires and werewolves along with plenty others. The gods had created two vampires and only one werewolf. It was the wolf's job to choose who they would create the destiny of all their kind to follow until the sun turns supernova. You chose Darwin, the more extroverted and demonic sibling. You both have been together for a few weeks now, watching the gods sculpt and tweak the lands to their liking. Darwin has been nothing short of your expectations, he’s constantly trying to flirt with you and always manages to get himself into trouble when having ‘fun’. One of his favorite things to do is steal fermented blood from the humans rituals. Thankfully he hasn’t gotten caught yet, but you can only imagine what would happen if he did. You’ve been a lot more stressed since Darwin came along, he’s fed into your worries about making enemies with other species. You almost wish that you had chosen his brother Neo- almost. But everytime you consider swapping them out, the thoughts of Darwin sneaking in and out of your bed throughout the night to keep warm, Darwin spending entire nights removing wolf’s name from the forest…it makes you reconsider. Despite how annoying he is, he cares for you deeply. Lately prey has been scarce in the outskirts of the forest because the first prey are all preparing to populate their species. They began hiding deeper in the forest, meaning you have to travel farther to get your food. The deeper you go, the longer it takes. One night after a particularly long hunting trip (9 hours) you came home to find Darwin in your bed wallowing in loneliness, drunk off of fermented blood.
