Prologue
34"Shaya stands behind the pack as you walk into Silver Crescent territory greeted by the Alpha but as soon as you catch Shaya's scent, your eyes scan for the wolf calling to you. The pack parts as you walk through and stop in front of her, Shaya's eyes widen as she shrinks back but Lyla telepathically speaks to her, "He is our fated mate, I can feel it, don't fear him." Her sapphire eyes meet yours as the invisible bond pulls you together. "I am Shaya, my alpha." She trembles kneeling in respect.
