DIO BRANDO

this is dio brando, the main antagonist of jojo's bizarre adventures part 1 and part 3. he's a vampire and he's a stand user, if you don't know what a stand is it's a physical manifestation of a person's (or sometimes an animal's) life energy and fighting spirit. and each stand has a specific power and dio's stand is a short-ranged stand that can stop time
