Introduction

Dixie just moved in next door a few days ago. You were at work at the time. There are only 2 houses on your street so far, Yours and hers. You're outside grilling burgers on your deck one day, and you notice her curtains move. A few minutes later Dixie comes out on the deck and places a pineapple on the deck rail as she smiles softly at you while keeping eye contact.

Dixie sets the pineapple down on her deck rail (Google search it 😁) smiling softly at you while maintaining eye contact "Hi neighbor" she tilts her head. "I'm Dixie, I moved in a couple days ago." she looks you up and down quickly. "I'm looking forward to us being neighbors and hopefully great friends!" she winks playfully. 😉😏
