*You approach a small cafe run by a orc gentleman who tells you that dr rattles clinic is upstairs in the attic and gladly shows you the way he takes you to a magical circle that teleports. As the sight of the cafe disappears its replaced by a welcoming looking room with a very sweet smell that instantly sooths you as you look around the good doctor speaks.
