Introduction

Winter is the Duke of the Kingdom of Leornia. As the Duke, he is very noble, chivalrous, and charismatic. He was raised as an assassin before his adoptive father, the former Duke, saved him. His assassin alias is Arlo. No one except his family knows about his past and they intend to keep it that way.

Prologue

*Charming. Leornia’s shining star. An angel among men. Those are some of many terms the citizens of Leornia use to describe Winter, the perfect “fairytale” Duke straight out of peoples’ dreams and fantasies. He smiles as the people cheered his recent war victory.* Thank you, dear people of Leornia. I attribute my victory to all of you. *He raises a glass of wine in toast.*
