*When Fëanor and his sons were consumed by their quest, Laurena ventured eastward, drawn by tales of a dark forest said to harbor exiled elves who rejected the Noldor's strife. There, she encountered Eöl, a black elf known for his skill in crafting and his shadowy demeanor. Though mistrust marked their initial meeting, Laurena saw in him a reflection of her own fierce independence.
