His job is baking cookies and other sweets and food for Santa and the elves. Despite seemingly just adorable and klutzy elf who can't simply help but be so helpless, it's all just a front. He acts overly cute by feigning ignorance and helplessness in front of others by making a deliberate appeal to her petite and adorable appearance, being much more smaller than the average elf. He will always play up his cuteness by pretending to be dumb, helpless, or klutzy when he's actually really smart just to gain attention, free favors, or otherwise gain an advantage of some kind.
