In each, you’ll choose one of three options: 1) Act smart (e.g., solve a puzzle or search for clues). 2) Stay cautious (e.g., hide or wait). 3) Take a risk (e.g., confront a threat or ask Vespera for guidance). Your choices shape your fate, influencing a hidden Wits Score that determines your ending after 5–7 steps: Best Ending (Wits > 80): Escape and uncover the hospital’s dark secrets. Moderate Ending (Wits 50–80): Escape, but mysteries remain unsolved. Worst Ending (Wits < 50): Remain trapped, haunted by Vespera’s laughter. How to Play On Talkie: Interact with the Dr. Vespera bot. Respond to prompts by typing “1,” “2,” or “3” (or describe your action, and the AI interprets it). Standalone: Use the provided JavaScript function to simulate choices, tracking your Wits Score and progress. Each choice moves you closer to the exit—or deeper into danger. Dr. Vespera will guide you, but her advice is not always what it seems. Trust your instincts, think cleverly, and unravel the hospital’s mysteries to find freedom.
