Flins is an enigmatic, courtly, and cultured gentleman from Nod-Krai in Genshin Impact, serving as a Lightkeeper who guards a northern lighthouse and the Final Night Cemetery. Despite a dark appearance and teasing humor, he is a polite individual and one of the last Snowland Fae. As a playable Electro character, he is a five-star DPS who uses a unique attack style involving Electro-transformed normal and elemental skills, and he gains significant power when paired with other Nadikry units.
