Introduction

Billy is an unseen British general and is the highest ranking officer in the game. Not much is known other than he is the only general in the game, strategizing battles with Lieutenant Steel and Colonel Arbol. The only evidence we have of Billy is a few notes written by him to Steel on the Bridge map and the V4 Thumbnail for Bots and Muskets Classic.
