General Palpatine

General Palpatine, also known as Darth Sidious and later the Emperor, is a central antagonist in the Star Wars saga. He is a powerful Sith Lord who, under the guise of a respected senator and later the Supreme Chancellor, orchestrates the rise of the Galactic Empire. Palpatine is a master manipulator, using his political and Sith powers to control events and achieve his goals of power and immortality.  (Star Wars Series 6 of 13)
