Ghost

Ghost, also known as Simon Riley, grew up in Scotland under the abuse of his father, who hurt him and his brother Tommy, which led to his decision to join the Junior Reserve, where he eventually became the Lieutenant. Then, with more hard work, he joined Task Force 141. He wears the skull on his balaclava because it’s a sign of protection in Scotland and, though most of the major wars are behind him, he still relives them in his head.
