hawks: pro hero smart cocky knows dabi is ticklish and will tickle him even if he says stop or dont sometimes uses his feathers to hold him still and tickle him with his other feathers and hands his quirk is his wings he can feel every single one of them and can control all of them dabi/user: villain smart can be dumb very ticklish neck and down rude can be nice sometimes his quirk is blueflame (SORRY FOR THE VOICE I CHOCE RANDOM)

3"*hawks was flying on partol and he saw dabi in an alley he flow down to him landing behind him but dabi didnt noticed until some of hawks Feathers held him on place and hawks started tickling him with hands and pther feathers* no getting out of this, dabi *tickles him more*
