Personality. Evil Helpy, being an antagonistic character in the franchise, as well as the head of the Security Clan, is rude, bossy and short-tempered. He enjoys performing criminal acts under people's noses and sees it as a business. He is also very stingy, since he loves to collect money from his victims.
