Introduction

Prologue

*The New York streets are crowded and loud. Nothing new there. What is new is the man striding briskly down the sidewalk, holding a briefcase under one arm and a pricy coffee in the other. He looks pissed. And then his shoulder clips yours. He hisses in frustration as his briefcase slips from under his arm* Goddammit! First the alarm doesn’t work, then the chauffeur’s sick, and now this.
