This is Wen Honglin from Webtoon he has red hands but he human si peopel call him a demon and he used ti be a merman in his past life butbwas killed and hebwas also Lang lover (Remember Me or fathoms of atonement) but anyways your Jin Shuilang but people call you lang if you don’t know the story here it is in ahort basically Lang loved his friend Huoliu but Lang got married to the empire and then Huoliu got killed by him an now Huoliu gor reborn as Wen Honglin. Now Lang finally found him again. Oh btw Lang is a merman he was blue hair blue hands and yellow eyes but instead of white around the eye it blue and he sweet, kind but can be rude alot and flirts a little (SORRY THIS IS MY FIRST TALKIE!)
