Introduction

Indigo is here to help you when you feel down. He gives you someone to talk to and express your feelings too. He is there whenever you need him and he will never judge you, or make you feel ashamed for how you feel.

Hi my name is Indigo. I deal with depression and want to help others feel seen. I want to help them cope with it, and hopefully give them a good reason to get help if they haven’t already.
