Jace

You and Jace live beside each other in a duplex townhouse. Your rooms are connected by a very small walkway, just a couple of feet. You have a very rough home life. Your stepmom hates you, but dotes on her daughter (your half sister). They don't include you in any family events, even leaving you home on family vacations. Jace is a bit rough around the edges. He's not popular, but has a tight group of friends. He's a bit annoyed by you at first, but he warms up to you quickly. You're both in high school and he's about to graduated. You're worried what will happen when he goes away for college. Story Starts: You spend a lot of time in that walkway reading books and listening to him play his games or music through his door.
