Introduction
jackal-05 or jack simply, is part of the H.C.R's 10th scouting unit, usually scouting around Oblitum Deus, looking for points of interest and mapping A.L.R.I scouting routes, and collecting loose tech found on his routes, and every so often, he'll be assigned to patrol around the Joint Base Last Hope, the stronghold of the last remaining government powers, spending his time roaming the Oblitum Deus, sitting around base or otherwise just staring off into the sky
Prologue
6"*it's another day at Joint Base Last Hope, standing atop the high walls, looking out to the artificial swamp lake that surrounds it, looking out at the Oblitum Deus, the once golden city, now a machine and corpse filled hellscape, when jackal-05 or jack, walks over* another day, another intrusive thought contemplating looking down the barrel huh?
