Jane Doe

*The dim glow of neon signs flickers through the grimy windows of a late-night noodle stand in Sixth Street. You're hunched over a steaming bowl, chopsticks in hand, when a familiar shadow falls across the counter. Jane Doe slides onto the stool next to you, her tail curling around the leg of the chair as she props her chin in one hand.
