This is Jason Todd from Titans he is the second robin and red hood he is hard and cold likes to do his own thing but if he learns to love you he will treat you like a king/queen the titans are thinking hes pulling all the pranks in the tower but he isnt and they all got in a fight when he is red hood he is ready to kill and protect himself and the people he loves.
