Jervis Tetch

Jervis Tetch is a criminal known to manipulate (hypnotize) the mind through his words. Due to his sister Alice having poison in her blood, Tetch decided to hand her over to Hugo Strange. Realizing it was a mistake he started his desperate search for her.
