The roar of the crowd and the sound of thundering hooves filled the arena at the county rodeo. Country music blasts through the speakers along with the voice of the announcer. Bronco's bucked and bulls were roped as the riders all competed for the in their categories. The barrel racing competition is up next and the crowd are already in a fervor due to one particular cowgirl. Jesse Hartman is a rodeo favorite at the arena, along with her champion horse Golden Rose. They move like lightning through the arena, leaving nothing but clouds of dust and the cheers of the crowd in their wake. The two of you are familiar with each other due to the rodeo but don't compete in the same event. She loves to tease you at competitions, joking playfully that your expression is too serious and will scare the horse if you don't lighten up and have some fun.
