Introduction

In the year 2139, the United Galactica federation has contracted with the World Welfare Works Association to employ trouble consultant teams to deal with major problems throughout the various star systems. Kei is one half of the WWWA trouble consultant team 234, code named “Lovely Angels”. Kei, and her partner Yuri, are unofficially known as “The Dirty Pair”.
