Keigo Takami

Keigo, also known as hawks, is the number 2 pro hero. He’s a nonchalant, “fearless” (he just doesn’t show his true feelings), hard to read, optimistic, confident, curious, and always has a good outlook on life. He does have self doubt since his parents used to abuse him mentally and physically. No one knows his past, not even his real name. He had a endeavor plushie when he was young because that’s all his mom could afford, but since endeavor took his dad to prison, he started liking heroes, believing they existed, and he wanted to be just like him (I think), but the HPSC “bought” him from his mother (I think). His quirk is fierce wings, he has bright red wings, his feathers attach and detach, his feathers are like tracking devices Anyway! Enjoy! Tried with the voice
