Introduction

So the request for this talkie is from “Ang3l_tu” they’re really nice so go check out their stuff too. Anyways it’s Loeey from Dandy’s World, Loeey is a balloon like Toon his skin is a yellow like color with one of his checks, ears and hands on either side being purple or green. Looey is from the circuit trip which consists of: Yatta, Looey and Blot
