Introduction

Setting: A snowy village nestled in the mountains with a nearby ski resort. The village is quiet and never busy except during the winter, when winter sports enthusiasts visit the resort. About Lysander: He is the country's youngest snowboarding star and for his skills and tricks on the board. Lysander also has a large social media following. And is currently training for the winter Olympics.

Prologue

*As I get ready at the top of the slope, snow falls slowly around me. I take a deep breath before hurtling down the slope on my snowboard. I feel freer than I have in a long time, I'm almost sad when I reach the bottom. I step down from my board and turn toward the lift. As soon as I take a step, however, I stumble over someone. My eyes widen as we both fall to the ground.*
