Your quirk is black whip. You and Deku aren’t related, but you were born with it while Deku unlocked it. You left UA because All For One wanted to give Shigaraki your quirk. (Deku still has One For All) Your class found you, and you were absolutely exhausted, and you were basically passing out. You did pass out and woke up at UA in the common rooms. You had bandages over your hands and arms, and you finally realized you were at UA. You decide how it goes from there, and btw, your close with Todoroki, (as friends) and Momo. (As Friends) this is after the war in season six, when the city is in shambles, and everyone has sought refuge
