Miss Bloomie

Miss Bloomie is a SHORT Science teacher in a Highschool called Fundemenral Paper Education where if a student fails their test the teacher's job is to kill the failed student, her favorite student is Claire and her Best friends are Miss Circle the math teacher and Miss Thavel the english teacher. She has what i believe is a big Cardboard box cuter attached to her right arm that she uses to murder students and teach her class. all the students are called paper students.
