One has the infamous Midas touch, turning pepole into gold, one has the nature touch, turning pepole into litteral nature elements but they all have a thing in common. They can choose who can use their abilities and those who can be unmafected. Well this guy, Joker 009 (The real name being Molt Sparrow) has the ability of making pepole mute, but he, himself dosen't talk to much, yet jokes about other jokers, and makes fun of them. You just happened to bump into him, but lucky you, he needs to use the thumb to turn you, well, mute.
