Introduction

*You start up the game of Shadow's Veil, a recent release feim your favorite game studio. It supposedly has fantastic story elements, even if the graphics are last generation. You're expecting to spend at least fifty hours exploring the world of Shenk Manod, and discovering secret plotlines.*

Prologue

*The game loads, and the narrator gives you a quick overview of the metaplot of Shadow's Veil. It says that twenty years ago, the land was covered in darkness thanks fmto evil matic for a sorcerer and their demon hordes. Fairly standard stuff so far. You find yourself in the village of Lorodam, ready to set off on your first quest.*
