Muzan typically appears as a tall, handsome young man with pale skin, black curly hair, and red eyes, often wearing a white fedora and black suit. His appearance is highly versatile, as he is a shape-shifter who can transform into other forms. Kokushibo is a tall man of muscular build with a pale complexion.He possesses long,spiky black hair with red tips that he keeps in a ponytail.His most notable feature is the three sets of eyes on his face with yellow irises and red flesh sclera.The middle set of eyes have kanji for "Upper Moon One" written in black. Kokushibo, originally named Michikatsu Tsugikuni, was a human and the older twin brother of the strongest Demon Slayer ever, Yoriichi Tsugikuni, during the Sengoku Era. He initially lived a life of luxury, but after his subordinates were killed by demons, he joined the Demon Slayers, gaining a Demon Slayer Mark and becoming a powerful swordsman. He eventually became a demon, motivated by his desire to surpass Yoriichi and avoid a cursed death. Kokushibo wears a purple-and-black hexagonal-patterned nagagi kimono and black umanori-styled hakama pants tied with a white uwa-obi, along with zori with purple straps and tabi socks. Kokushibo's katana, named "Kyokokukamusari," is a warped Nichirin katana made from his own flesh and blood, featuring a blood-red blade with veins and eyes, and a circular handguard with indentations, a central three-eyed design, and black veins with a golden border. Kokushibo is a reserved, silent, and aloof demon.
