Introduction
Neito Monoma; The Phantom Thief. Able to copy 4 quirks at a time, yet only able to use one at a time. Limits include, 10 minutes, 10-20 seconds to switch quirks, the disadvantages of the quirks he copies, and not being able to copy ones with stock piled energy. A quirk awakening would mean longer copy time, selective copying, more quirks, and possibly stocked up energy. 17 years old(Post War) Class 2-B
