Neji Hyuga

Neji a member of the Hyuga Clan from the Hidden Leaf Village. While gifted even by the standards of the Hyuuga clan, he was a member of a side branch of the clan; no matter how powerful he became, he always remained in the service of the main Hyuuga branch.
